Coconut Puffs

I wasn't going to post these because it's so super cheating easy but everybody thought I should because they were so simply delicious. Everybody being him and my brother.

1 box of coconut pudding
Puff pasrty
Icing sugar

Roll out puff pastry. Cut daimond shapes out about as big as your hand. Fill with a teaspoon of coconut pudding. Fold over to shape a triangle. Seal edges with fork. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

  2. Did you mix the pudding up first, or do you put it on the pastry dry? These sound good and could be made with chocolate or butterscotch!
