Coconut Puffs

I wasn't going to post these because it's so super cheating easy but everybody thought I should because they were so simply delicious. Everybody being him and my brother.

1 box of coconut pudding
Puff pasrty
Icing sugar

Roll out puff pastry. Cut daimond shapes out about as big as your hand. Fill with a teaspoon of coconut pudding. Fold over to shape a triangle. Seal edges with fork. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle with icing sugar.

  1. I like kitchen cheats. This seems like a winner.

  2. Did you mix the pudding up first, or do you put it on the pastry dry? These sound good and could be made with chocolate or butterscotch!

  3. easy but delish...what more can you ask for...sweetlife

  4. You have been MIA. I think this can only mean one thing. Well, it can mean two things. It can mean you're stuck inside your fridge ORRRR... it can mean you had your baby?!? I hope all is well!

  5. Thinking about you and family!! And, of course, missing your mouthwatering posts:)

  6. Simple is good, and sometimes under appreciated!

  7. Just checking in to see if you've posted anything new, oh I don't know about what, maybe that the baby has been born :) I hope you all are doing well, missing your posts and humor!

You can tell me anything.
